Information you provide. Account details (name, email, username, password, phone, role, company), property and case details, documents you upload (leases, notices), payment information processed by Stripe, and messages or support requests.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies or session data used to keep you logged in.
Tenant information. You may enter tenant names, addresses, and related details to prepare and deliver notices. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide tenant information to LeaseShield.
