What's the difference between subscription and pay per case?
Monthly plans include a set number of cases each billing period. Pay per case has no monthly fee — you pay $20 each time you assign an attorney to a case.
What happens after my trial ends?
On monthly plans, your card will be charged automatically when your trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Pay-per-case has no trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can switch between monthly plans and pay-per-case at any time from your billing page.
How does attorney billing work?
Attorneys set their own hourly or per-case rates. When you consult with an attorney through the platform, you'll receive an invoice that can be paid securely online. The platform takes a small fee to facilitate the connection. The $20 pay-per-case fee is separate from attorney fees.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
